PawPIMS provides veterinary practice management software that enables veterinary clinics ("Clinics") to send SMS text messages to their clients ("you") for the following purposes:
SMS messages are sent on behalf of the individual veterinary practice you are a client of. PawPIMS is the technology provider; your Clinic is responsible for the content and timing of messages sent to you.
You may receive SMS messages from your veterinary clinic only after providing explicit written consent. Consent is collected in one of the following ways:
You will not receive SMS messages from your Clinic through PawPIMS without first providing this consent.
Message frequency varies by clinic and is based on your appointment schedule and care needs. Most clients receive 1–4 messages per month. You may receive additional messages during active treatment periods.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. PawPIMS and your Clinic do not charge a fee for SMS messages.
You may opt out of SMS messages from your Clinic at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out:
To re-enroll, contact your Clinic directly and provide renewed written consent.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact your veterinary clinic directly. You may also contact PawPIMS support at support@pawpims.vet.
SMS messaging is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may vary for smaller regional carriers.
